Free exercise builder · Ages 20 to 80
Pick what you want to do in life, like getting up from a chair, carrying your grandkids, or playing your sport again. Quwwa builds a session around it, explains every exercise in plain words, and keeps it fun.
Free for everyone. No account needed. Print any session.
The builder
Three choices, then adjust any exercise with one tap. The example below shows what you get.
Do any of these apply to you right now?
The library
Search by any name you know. Each exercise lists its versions from easiest to hardest, the cues, and why it is there.
How it thinks
Nobody trains to improve a test score. You train to pick up your grandkids or dance with your partner. Every exercise in Quwwa traces back to what you said you want to do.
That window is where the brain adapts and where people keep showing up. Sessions start inside it, and one tap moves you up or down.
"Push the floor away" works better than "squeeze your quads." Cues point at targets, objects, and outcomes, because external focus improves how movement is learned.
Real life rarely asks for one thing at a time. Sit-to-stands with a ball toss, calf raises while you rally a tennis ball, walking while you read signs. Adding a second task trains the way you actually move.
Tap "Why this?" on any card. A ball toss on foam trains reactive and anticipatory balance, your sense of position, inner ear, and vision, plus endurance and strength.
If an exercise causes more pain than you started with, feels wrong, or leaves you unusually sore, ease off or stop. Tap "This hurts" and Quwwa makes it gentler.
Pool sessions are great when land work feels like too much. The deeper the water, the less weight your joints carry.
| Water depth | About this much lighter |
|---|---|
| Waist | 50% |
| Chest | 65 to 75% |
| Neck | 90% |

Why Quwwa exists
Building exercise programs on existing tools was a hassle. Clunky screens, missing basic exercises, nothing fun. So I built the one I wanted: simple enough for anyone, grounded in how the brain learns movement, and joyful to use.
Quwwa means strength. Strong in body, strong in mind, strong enough to cross whatever mountain is in front of you.

Questions
Yes. Every session, every exercise, every adjustment. No account and no paywall. Supporters, donations, and merch keep it that way.
No. Build a session and tap Print. Saved sessions stay on your own device under a fun session name, so no real names are ever stored.
Anyone from about 20 to 80 who wants to move better and get stronger, whether you are starting from zero, coming back to it, or training for a sport. At home, at the gym, or in the pool.
No. Quwwa is exercise education. Check with a licensed healthcare provider before starting, especially with ongoing symptoms. After surgery, always follow your surgeon's plan.
Tap "This hurts" and Quwwa makes it gentler. Stop if the pain is higher than when you started, the movement feels wrong, or you are unusually sore the next day. If that keeps happening, check with a licensed provider.
Fun keeps you coming back, and play puts your focus on a target outside your body, which helps movement stick. The game still trains the same muscles and balance as the rest of the session.
Quwwa uses 10 rounds of 6-second holds with gentle effort, either a light press or slow movement, aimed at one precise target. Short, focused work instead of long passive stretching.
Yes. Search the library with whatever you call it, like RDL, LAQ, or open book. If it is close but not exact, Quwwa asks "Did you mean" and points you to the right one.
قوة (quwwa) is Arabic for strength and power. Strong in body and in mind.
